Privacy Policy

The primary guest checking in to the hotel must be at least 18 years of age. Children accompanying adults must be between 1-10 years.
It is mandatory for ALL guests to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in. All Foreign Nationals require a valid passport with valid Indian Visa. For Indian nationals Photo Id with Address proof is mandatory.Eg Passport, Driving License, Election I card, Adhar Card. According to Delhi Police Guidelines Pan Card will NOT be accepted as an ID proof.
The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation will be denied to guests posing as a couple.
The hotel reserves the right of admission for local residents. Accommodation will be denied to guests residing in Delhi.
Hotel Residents are not allowed to invite any guests inside the Room.
Late joiners will be checked in as per the Hotel Policy above.
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and will be chargeable by the hotel. The standard check-in time is 12.00 Noon and the standard check-out time is 11.00 Am
CANCELLATION POLICY If you cancel within 48 hours before check in, you will incur 94% of your total stay. Failure to arrive at the hotel will be treated as a No-Show and no refund will be given (Hotel policy).

Accommodation denied for any of the reason above no refund will be given.

No Pets are allowed inside the premises.
Arms & ammunition, banned substances, Drugs, Endangered species are not allowed inside the Hotel Premises. Any information of Illegal possession of any banned Item will be reported to Police immediately.
Gambling & Betting is not allowed inside the Hotel Premises. Any such information will be reported to the police.
Consumption of Liquor is prohibited OUTSIDE the Room. Any nuisance, Ruckus or any sort of activity which might break the peace and causes disturbance to other Guests will not be tolerated. Guests will be asked to leave immediately and no refund will be given.
